These terms govern your use of the Yify Movies (“Yify”) apps and websites, published by Kudos Labs. By using Yify, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Yify provides

Yify helps you discover movies and TV shows, browse information, watch embedded trailers, and maintain watchlists, viewing history, and preferences. An optional account lets you sync supported data across devices.

Yify is a catalog and discovery app. File listings are informational; the app does not download those files or provide access to the full movies they describe. Streaming services, digital stores, and cinemas have their own availability, charges, and terms.

Catalog information, images, trailers, and availability depend on external providers and may change or be unavailable. A listing does not grant you ownership of content or permission to copy or distribute it. Use Yify lawfully and respect other people's intellectual property and accounts.

Accounts and privacy

You can browse without an account. Sign-in is required for purchases and account sync. Keep access to your sign-in account secure and use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and handled. Yify is not directed to children under 13. You must also meet the age and permission requirements of any third-party services you use through Yify.

You can delete your account under Preferences → Account. When account deletion completes successfully, it removes your Yify sign-in account and the watchlist, history, and preferences synced to it. Data saved on your device remains until you clear it. See account deletion help for details. Deleting an account, signing out, or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription; cancel billing separately before deleting your account.

Supporter purchases

Supporter access supports Yify and removes Yify ads where they are shown. It follows the Yify account linked to the purchase across supported devices. It does not include movie or TV subscriptions, ownership of catalog content, or removal of ads controlled by YouTube or other external services.

The current supporter offer is a monthly subscription. The price, billing period, applicable taxes, and any eligible introductory offer are shown at checkout. A recurring subscription renews automatically unless cancelled through the service that bills you. Review its renewal date and cancellation instructions before paying.

If you previously bought a one-time supporter plan, removing that plan from sale does not convert it into a subscription. You can still restore eligible existing access. Open your supporter options in Preferences and use the refresh-access or restore controls if access is missing. Contact us if the problem continues.

A “Buy me a coffee” payment is a separate, optional tip made outside Yify. It does not unlock supporter access or other app features.

Cancellation and refunds

Manage or cancel through “Manage billing or cancel” in Yify when available, or through the provider shown on your receipt:

Cancelling renewal normally keeps access until the paid period ends; your billing provider confirms the effective date. Cancellation does not itself request a refund. Refund eligibility depends on the applicable purchase terms, provider process, and your legal rights. A refund or revoked payment may affect the related supporter access.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

YouTube and other external services

Yify uses YouTube's embedded player for trailers. By using Yify, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube controls its videos, playback restrictions, and advertising.

External links, payment services, and content providers have their own terms and privacy policies. Review them when using those services.
